1.Responsibilities
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing a warm and professional welcome to all guests and clients, managing phone calls, and coordinating with executives to ensure smooth operations.
2.Tasks
- Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive at the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages as needed.
- Coordinate with executives to check their availability for meetings and visits.
- Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks and provide customer support as needed.
- Handle inquiries and complaints from clients and customers professionally.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and company policies.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing.
- To call the clients and assess the company's services with them.
- To coordinate and reserve the meeting rooms.
