About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with basic customer service or call center experience who is proficient in English and possesses good educational background. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your main goal will be to provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a positive company image.
- Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Basic experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma; additional education is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous but not required.
