Location: Abu Dhabi
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and in-person.
Assist clients in understanding insurance policies and coverage options.
Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Assist with policy processing, renewals, and claims.
Qualifications:
Emirati (UAE National)
Previous customer service experience in the insurance industry preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Arabic and English
