Job Description

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. Your responsbilies will include:
Communicating with UK customers via phone.
Identify customers needs and provide knowledgable answers to questions about our services
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the exyra mile
Data entry in various platforms
