Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through social media platforms, email, and phone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide product information and guidance to customers.
Social Media Management:
- Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Engage with followers and customers to build a positive online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement social media strategies.
Live Selling:
- Host live selling sessions on social media platforms.
- Demonstrate and promote products effectively to engage viewers and drive sales.
- Maintain a professional and engaging demeanor during live sessions.
Sales Targets and KPIs:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Track and report on sales performance and customer interactions.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales techniques and customer interactions.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
- Experience with live selling or online sales presentations is a plus.
