Responsibilities

• Proactively contact potential customers from company-provided lists, clearly explaining our services and offerings.
• Arrange trial classes for potential customers and closely monitor their attendance, ensuring they join the scheduled sessions.
• Handle pre-sales inquiries and provide timely, accurate information to customers.
• Regularly review customer needs with the team and contribute ideas to improve pre-sales service processes and marketing strategies.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as compiling reports and completing assignments from the supervisor.

Required Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or any related field.
• Able to communicate in English, B1 or above is required.
• Strong patience and resilience, with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle a high volume of outbound calls daily.

Benfets:

Salary: 12k as basic salary + unlimited commission.
