Job Purpose:
The Customer Support Executive plays a critical role in maintaining the positive image of Gifts NY. You will address customer concerns, queries, and suggestions, ensuring our values and viewpoints are effectively communicated. You'll serve as a vital bridge between our customers and the management team, directly influencing customer retention and service enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels including live chat, email, social media, and ticketing systems to resolve issues and provide detailed product and service information.
- Actively generate sales leads and nurture prospects into new customers.
- Elevate the customer service experience, cultivating a base of engaged and satisfied customers.
- Own customer issues from start to finish, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, documenting all actions and discussions.
- Analyze performance metrics to deliver comprehensive reports and insights.
- Manage workflow efficiently, prioritizing tasks to maintain high service levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably with live chat engagement.
- Proficiency in using customer support software such as Zendesk or Freshdesk.
- Fluent in Arabic and a very good command of the English language.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities and a passion for providing world-class customer support.
- Demonstrated capacity to learn new processes and adapt to changing environments.
