Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
- Provide personalized recommendations and travel advice based on customers preferences and needs.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of travel bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, updating customer profiles and databases as needed.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software/tools.
