Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and travel advice based on customers preferences and needs.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of travel bookings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, updating customer profiles and databases as needed.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software/tools.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • Passion for travel, cultural exploration, and delivering extraordinary experiences to clients.
