Customer Success Engineer, Building Architecture

We support the largest and most important AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) vendors in delivering Enterprise Transformation with a clear mission to support our customers to grow better not just bigger, focusing on efficiency and not just effectiveness. We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Technical Presales/Customer Success Engineer to work on our Customer Success Team presenting and implementing AEC solutions. We are a team of technology-driven individuals with a curiosity for how things work and a passion for designing and building reliable, scalable, and efficient implementations. This position will require high cooperation with other teams from project management, sales and business development. We always strive to learn more, expand our skills and grow our teammates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position responsibilities consisting of 3 main parts:

• Performing Technical presales activities like presenting and demonstrating our vendors AEC products and services to our customers, highlighting features and benefits of that software products.

• Providing adequate knowledge to our customers about system use through implementation and training sessions.

• Ensure customer success and satisfaction using our products by Providing support, troubleshooting, and solutions to complex problems.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Architecture bachelor's degree.
• Good technical background.
• Experience 1-4 years o in support or technical role.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

• High sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Good team player and individual contributor at the same time.
• Flexible with tight deadlines.
• Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
• Multi-tasking.
• Very good English speaker.
