Job Overview
This job is for a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM), to be responsible for driving adoption of Microsoft technologies, identify growth opportunities to expand Microsofts footprint while demonstrating the value and benefit of these results to Logicoms Partner and/or their customers. Key to success are the cross-functional relationships that the person will develop and maintain within the Microsoft Team, the partners and various other stakeholders.
