The Property Management System developed by us is the solution for small and medium-sized property managers optimize their time and increase their income. Not only does Mr. Alfred allow for the automation of administrative and property management processes, but it also comes with an expert revenue management team ready to help businesses perfect their pricing.
As a Customer Success & Client Service personnel, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with PMS & RMS products.
The Role
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
- Being up to date with company products and services.
- Train and educate clients on company products/services and the best practices.
- Client onboarding
- Upselling and identifying new business opportunities
- Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
- Answering questions over email, phone calls, & live video calls.
- Finding ways to go above & beyond to help customers
Ideal Profile
- 2 to 5 years experience in a Customer support role within a SaaS product organization
- Empathy, and patience.
- Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
- Previous experience at a start-up.
- Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience with Databases, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience working with support/service software
- Available to work on different regional timelines
