Role Description
The objective of the Customer Success Role is to sit between sales, customers and the dev team to help onboard clients, provide technical demos, improve customer engagement, provide suggestions on product enhancements and support existing customers.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Analytical skills to understand and address customer needs
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues
- Attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Background in finance or accounting is beneficial but not required
