Customer Success Specialist/ Customer service Specialist to join the team immediately.
Job Role :
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns through our inbound/outbound channels.
- Track customer experiences across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure that all user inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in a Customer support or service role
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Graduate & Max age 27.
Work Conditions :
Working Days: 5 Working Days From Sunday to Thursday.
Days Off:2 Days Off constant
Working Hours: 9:00 A.M 5:00 P.M (Morning)/ 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (Night) - Rotational shifts.
