Answer questions about products or the company
Handle customers inbound and outbound calls and inquiries.
Follow up on customers complaints and issues when required.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Follow up by email and respond to inquiries
Answering customer enquiries or passing them on to another department
Reply to open chats on social media.

Work experience as a Customer Service or similar role.
Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus.
