The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Providing accurate information about the products and services offered by the company
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
