Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy clients in KSA, understanding their needs and goals.
- Collaborate with clients to implement our digital solutions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to maximize the value of our applications.
- Proactively identify opportunities for clients to optimize their use of our solutions.
- Conduct regular check-ins and gather feedback to address any concerns or challenges.
- Advocate for client needs and collaborate with internal teams to meet their requirements.
- Monitor client usage and success metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare sectors customer support is a plus.
