Job Description

Aumet is a leading player in the healthcare sector, dedicated to digitalizing processes for medical distributors and pharmacies. We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to ensure the satisfaction and success of our pharmacy clients.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for pharmacy clients in KSA, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with clients to implement our digital solutions and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to maximize the value of our applications.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for clients to optimize their use of our solutions.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and gather feedback to address any concerns or challenges.
  • Advocate for client needs and collaborate with internal teams to meet their requirements.
  • Monitor client usage and success metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare sectors customer support is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand and convey technical concepts effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
