Position: Customer Support Specialist (Full-Time)
Location: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt
Schedule: 6 Days a Week, Rotational Shifts
What You'll Be Doing
- Connect with Customers: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat, providing professional, warm, and timely responses.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Go above and beyond to understand and address customer needs, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impact.
- Boost Sales: Use your sales skills to identify customer needs and confidently recommend the right products and services.
- Solve Problems Efficiently: Tackle customer issues with creativity and speed, escalating when necessary to keep things running smoothly.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Maintain an empathetic and friendly approach that fosters trust and loyalty.
- Stay Organized: Accurately document interactions, follow up on outstanding issues, and manage customer tickets in our CRM system.
