Printrado is hiring a Customer Support Specialist. It's a unique opportunity where you'll be involved in the whole communication cycle between Printrado and its customers.

Job Description:

You'll be responsible for communication with our customers on various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Mobile Phone). You'll confirm orders, answer inquiries, and follow up with shipping company. Also, you'll gather feedback and solve client issues.
