Job Description

Position: CVM Analytics ManagerBusiness Unit: CommercialLocation: Based in Iraq, Sulaymaniyah City.

Mission:Take on the analysis of CVM activities in 3 dimensions: Before activity, after activity and also on the portfolio level. The goal, is through mining, to assemble the corresponding data, analyze them accordingly and deliver an output which will lead to actionable and timely decisions.Build deep base understanding aimed at finding commercial opportunities to be unlocked and perform analysis to support the realization of base management objectives through the timely provision of a core set of reports that measure and track base management activity and deep-dive analysis.
Key Accountabilities:Peruse comprehensive base management dashboards and provide report on daily, weekly and monthly basis.Modeling and Simulation technique developmentManage the volume and complexity of campaign execution to various customer segments across different channelsAnalyze commercial impact of BTL programs on product penetration, ARPU and incremental value delivered. Define analyses of the prepaid base to identify opportunities to apply products and tariffs to maximize lifetime value.Carry out complex non-routine reporting/analysis and deep dives to understand customer and channel behavior and the commercial impact of that behavior i.e. price plan dispositioning, data usage deep diveIdentify changes in customer behavior and competition offers and changes in offerings and creating products to counter negative impact of competitionSupport CVM target setting on churn and retention.Work closely with the base management team for better targeting plan leading for higher customer engagementOversee the analytical and operational dimensions related to CVM activityManage and train team members to ensure effective delivery of business unit objectives.Inspire the team members with best practices and modern approaches to answer the analytical questions.

Qualifications and Skills Required:BS Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.8+ years experience in Telecommunication and Managerial position.Communication and presentation skills
