About the Role

Managing direct customer interactions and executing essential tasks contributing to customer experience. The CX Executive often supports the team by providing necessary aid and assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new clients and initiate ongoing engagement and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the CX team to enhance client products knowledge and usage.
  • Support CX Specialists and Senior Specialists in developing strong client relationships that foster loyalty.
  • Participate in client engagement initiatives and assist in resolving initial technical issues.
  • Compile reports on account status and contribute to the development of key account metrics.
  • Set up dashboards for client account monitoring and insights.

Who you are.

  • Saudi National with Proficiency in English Required.
  • An emerging professional with a little experience in a client.
  • facing role within tech, marketing, or the SaaS industry.
  • Eager to learn and apply knowledge of social media analysis tools and Crowd Analyzer products.
  • A collaborative team player aiming to take on roles involving the management of multiple accounts and complex client journeys.
  • Possesses a foundational understanding of social analysis platforms and their operation.
