Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a CX System Engineer at IST Networks in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for remote work. The CX System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining customer experience Sprinklr CXM platform . Tasks include:
- Communicating, analyzing business and discussing use cases with customers from different region
- Administrating, supporting, troubleshooting and optimizing Sprinklr platform to meet customers requirements.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Contact Center solutions, CCaaS, VoIP, and Unified CXM platforms. (Ex: Cisco UCCX, UCCE, Genesys Engage, Genesys pure cloud, Sprinklr CXM, Talkdesk, Five9,
.etc)
- Experience in system implementation/administrating, troubleshooting, and optimizing CX technology
- Understanding of AI-powered social media management and analytics
- Understanding of social marketing and Meta Ads is preferable
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in CX technology platforms are a plus
- English speaking is a must, German and other languages are preferable
