Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Instructor to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging and impactful training programs that equip individuals and organizations with the knowledge and skills to combat cyber threats.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive cybersecurity training programs tailored to various audiences, including beginners, professionals, and executives. This includes creating engaging learning objectives, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Instructional Delivery: Deliver dynamic and interactive training sessions in various formats, including live workshops, online courses, and webinars. You will use a variety of teaching methods to effectively convey complex cybersecurity concepts.
- Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality learning materials, such as slides, videos, exercises, simulations, and case studies.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices. Share your expertise with trainees through lectures, discussions, and practical demonstrations.
- Student Support: Provide individual and group support to trainees, addressing their questions and challenges. You will be a trusted resource for students seeking guidance and clarification.
- Evaluation and Feedback: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including cybersecurity specialists, content creators, and marketing professionals.
Qualifications:
- Strong Cybersecurity Foundation: A deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and methodologies, including network security, endpoint security, incident response, threat intelligence, and ethical hacking.
- Teaching Experience: Proven experience in delivering effective training programs in cybersecurity or related fields.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely in both written and spoken form. You should be able to adapt your communication style to different audiences.
- Passion for Learning: A strong desire to continuously learn and stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical challenges encountered by trainees.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving training needs.

- Graduate degree in Cybersecurity
- Industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or OSCP.
- Experience in developing and delivering online learning materials.
- Experience working with different learning management systems (LMS).
