Cyber Security Manager - OT/ICS & GRC - Riyadh

Airswift has partnered with a global energy provider with assets across Saudi Arabia and is seeking a Cyber Security Manager to oversee their OT and GRC functions. This role will involve travel to various sites, with the primary location based in Riyadh.

As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for cyber security, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with GRC regulations and maintaining the OT/ICS environment. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing cyber security for an organization, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Prior experience with ICS/OT security is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of cyber security regulations (NCA) in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven experience in information security governance, IT security, and risk management.
• Expertise in designing, documenting, and implementing cyber security processes and procedures.
• Experience working in a matrix organization is preferred.
