The Role
Job Overview: The Cybersecurity Specialist will be responsible for safeguarding the organizations critical systems, data, and assets by implementing and managing cybersecurity solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Penetration Testing to identify vulnerabilities, reduce data risks, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Strong communication skills, including fluency in English, are essential for collaborating with global teams, reporting findings, and ensuring security awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Privileged Access Management (PAM):
- Implement, configure, and manage PAM tools to secure privileged accounts.
- Conduct regular audits of privileged accounts and access policies.
- Identify and mitigate security risks associated with privileged access.
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP):
- Manage and configure Forcepoint DLP solutions to prevent data breaches and leaks.
- Monitor and analyze DLP events, ensuring timely response to potential incidents.
- Develop and enforce policies to protect sensitive information across the organization.
- Penetration Testing:
- Conduct penetration testing on critical infrastructure, networks, and applications.
- Identify vulnerabilities, document findings, and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to remediate identified security gaps.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with global teams to address security incidents, investigations, and remediation plans.
- Prepare detailed security reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and incidents.
Ideal Profile
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Proven experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Forcepoint Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technology.
- Expertise in conducting penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, OSCP, or similar are highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with additional security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, and intrusion detection systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
