Cybersecurity Services Manager
Our Client is a leading Cybersecurity Consulting and Services Business seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Delivery/PS Manager to join their team in Riyadh KSA. You will play a critical role in managing, deploying the resources as well monitoring their performance and development plans.
About the role
- to End management of customer engagement cycle from involvement on presales to allocation of resources on post sales/implementation activities and ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with internal teams
- and coordinate resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Stakeholder Management internal with delivery team, project managers, sales and externally lead the engagements and being POC/escalation points as well as vendor teams
- Identifying recruitment needs based on project requirements and skills gaps for further recruitment or upskilling of existing resources r
About You
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in information technology/Engineering or relevant discipline
- You will have a proven track record in resource management, professional services, service delivery and people management in the cybersecurity space
- Excellent Stakeholder Management ability driving/managing delivery/implementation teams customer engagement & excellence
- Strong experience in Cybersecurity/Information security areas keeping abreast with all the latest technologies including - SOC, Network Security, GRC, Security Consulting and many others
