Job Description


LGA Assistance is hiring a full-time, on-site Czech Client Support Specialist. This role involves providing top-tier support to our Czech -speaking clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

Acting as the main contact for Czech -speaking clients
Offering information, support, and solutions to clients
Keeping accurate client records and documentation
Working closely with team members for smooth operations

Profile:

Fluent in Czech (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience with a strong focus on client satisfaction
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and software
Very Good in English
Proficiency in dealing with emails
