Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and objectives
Undertake presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, and assist with the closure of new sales- Analyze customer business processes and offer an optimal solution using D365 Business Central
Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Develop and support project documentation including the requirements for solution customization
Collaborate with developers to implement requirements and resolve issues- Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective use of the system
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients post-implementation
3+ years of experience with MS Business Central in finance and distribution
- Proven track record of successful Business Central implementations
Experience in data migration- Highly organized and able to work independently without detailed guidance
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
Experience with other ERP systems
- MS Dynamics certifications
