Apt Resources is currently seeking a skilled Dairy/Cheese Machine Mechanic to join our client's team. As a Dairy/Cheese Machine Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing dairy and cheese production machinery to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair dairy and cheese production machinery, including mixers, separators, pasteurizers, packaging machines, and other related equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, and perform necessary repairs
- Ensure machines are properly calibrated and aligned
- Order and replace faulty parts as needed
- Adhere to safety and quality regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance tasks
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dairy/Cheese Machine Mechanic or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of dairy and cheese processing machinery
- Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical issues
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Benefits
The salary is AED 2500-4000 plus free accommodation and food. All other benefits as per UAE labour laws.
