As Data Analysis Supervisor , you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide insights and support decision-making across the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop reports and dashboards, and drive data-driven initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using ETL and BI tools Including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Fabric, Azure Purview, and Power BI.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support strategic and operational decision-making.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to answer business questions and solve problems.
Participate in projects related to data governance, data warehousing, and data integration.
Applying machine learning and predictive analytics on Azure ML, and Notebooks
Apply CICD automation throw BI reports implementations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related role.
Proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio, SQL Server Reporting Services.
Experience with DWH and ETL tools Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Fabric, Azure Purview.
Knowledge of DevOps, CICD, Git concepts and technologies.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Jira concepts and methodologies.
