Responsibilities
- Data Analysis and Interpretation
- Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets for diagnosis and prediction.
- Analyze past operations results and perform variance analyses.
- Research market trends, analyze data from competitors, and evaluate the business's operations, expenditures, and customer retention to identify potential issues or improvements.
- Use data analysis and interpretations to guide business decision-making.
- Develop pricing models and identify areas for improvement using operations data.
- Utilize statistical, economic, and data modeling techniques and tools.
- Organize and analyze data, create charts and graphs, and present findings to the leadership team.
- Prepare final analysis reports for stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Trend Analysis and Forecasting
- Analyze local, national, and global trends to forecast impacts on the organization and the industry.
- Recommendations and Improvements
- Provide recommendations to enhance future business operations.
- Test processes, policies, and protocols for efficiency and improvements.
- Data Management
- Organize and store data for future research projects.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
- Take the lead in ensuring safe systems of work and safe conditions within the area of responsibility.

Qualifications & Experience
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in analyzing, visualizing, and exploring data, with a focus on historical and visual perspectives.
- Expertise in statistics.
- Experience with reports and dashboards.
- Solution-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, MATLAB, and Python.
- Familiarity with data visualization software like Power BI and Tableau.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adept at querying, writing reports, and making presentations.
