Summary:
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. You will play a critical role in gathering and organizing data from various sources, performing statistical analysis, and presenting findings to stakeholders. Your ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets will contribute to improving business processes, identifying trends, and driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze large data sets using advanced statistical techniques
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights in complex data sets
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Communicate findings to stakeholders, including management and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making
- Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Stay current on emerging trends and best practices in data analysis and management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role
- C1/C2 English proficiency.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations
