Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy.
• Clean and organize data for analysis using Python, R, or SQL.
• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns for decision-making.
• Perform statistical and predictive analysis to support process improvements.
• Use industrial engineering principles to enhance workflows and productivity.
• Create clear visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to identify and improve inefficiencies.
• Develop data models to solve business challenges and optimize operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver insights.
• Explain technical results simply to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure data quality and adherence to data governance standards.
• Apply quality control measures for accurate, consistent data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Related advanced studies are a plus.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within an industrial or engineering environment.
• Strong experience in working with large datasets and performing statistical analyses.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience with ERP systems for data integration and analysis.
• Strong ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in the English Language.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical and planning skills.
• Saudi nationality is required.
