The Ministry of Culture (MOC), based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Fresh Graduate UAE National for the role Data Analyst to join their team within MOC's Strategy Department. A successful candidate must be a professional with hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, Data Visualization, and who possesses effective bilingual communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with management to determine priorities and needs for studies, research, data, and improvement plans.
- Analyze reports, tables, and charts and present findings.
- Evaluate federal government decisions and directives to identify priorities.
- Assess the effectiveness of policies, plans, and contracts, and propose adjustments as needed.
- Interpret data that influences future trends and provide advisory support.
- Prepare reports on general trends affecting the Ministry's field.
- Collect and analyze data to make recommendations and forecasts for decision-making and reporting.
- Study and analyze all principles, criteria, and procedures related to the Ministry's operations and area of expertise.
- Monitor and keep up with developments in the relevant field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Data Analytics or equivalent experience
- 0 - 1 year in Data Analysis experience
- Proficient in SQL
