Key Roles & Accountabilities:
- Work with CDO (Chief Digital Officer) to develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
- Define data governance policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across all levels.
- Create and maintain both logical and physical data models.
- Ensure data models support business requirements and data integrity.
- Design database structures, including tables, indexes, views, and schemas.
- Design and implement data integration processes to consolidate data from various sources.
- Ensure seamless data flow across systems and applications.
- Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for data warehousing
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools related to data architecture.
- Recommend technology solutions that not only align with the organization's needs, but also support long-term growth and innovation.
- Oversee the design and implementation of data platform architecture ensuring it meets the highest standard of scalability performance and security
- Ensure robust and comprehensive data security measures are in place to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access and breaches.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools related to data architecture.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, data analysts, and IT teams.
- Communicate data architecture strategies and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and training to other team members on data architecture principles and practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data architecture and share knowledge with the team.
