Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Security Specialist to enhance our data protection strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in database activity monitoring, DLP, and various Azure security solutions. You will work collaboratively to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive information across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Activity Monitoring:

Implement and manage tools for continuous monitoring of database activities.

Analyze logs and reports to identify unauthorized access or anomalies.

Work with database administrators to enhance security configurations.

hashtag#DataLossPrevention (hashtag#DLP):

Design, implement, and manage DLP policies across the organization.

Conduct risk assessments to identify sensitive data and areas of potential exposure.

Provide training and awareness programs on DLP best practices.

Endpoint DLP:

Deploy endpoint hashtag#DLP solutions to monitor and protect data on user devices.

Develop procedures for incident response and data breach management.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure endpoint security compliance.

Azure Information Rights Management (IRM) & Azure Information Protection:

Configure and manage hashtag#Azure IRM and Azure Information Protection to secure sensitive information.

Monitor usage and effectiveness of protection measures.

Assist teams in implementing data classification and labeling strategies.

Microsoft Public Key Infrastructure (PKI):

Manage and maintain the organization's PKI environment.

Oversee certificate lifecycle management and ensure compliance with policies.

Provide support for digital signature and encryption solutions.

Watermarking:

Develop and implement watermarking strategies for sensitive documents.

Ensure watermarking techniques comply with organizational policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.

Proven experience in data security roles, focusing on DLP, database security, and Azure services.

Strong understanding of security frameworks, compliance regulations, and best practices.

Familiarity with security tools and technologies related to database activity monitoring, endpoint security, and information protection.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer) are a plus
