Job Description
Store Setup:
Create and configure online stores for new vendors.
Ensure all required vendor information is accurately entered into the system.
Product Data Entry:
Enter detailed product information, including descriptions, prices, images, and specifications.
Verify the accuracy of product data provided by vendors.
Update product listings as needed based on vendor requests or inventory changes.
Categorization:
Categorize products accurately based on type, brand, and other relevant criteria.
Maintain a consistent categorization system to ensure ease of navigation for customers.
Collaboration:
Communicate with vendors to gather necessary product information and resolve any discrepancies.
Work closely with the operations and support teams to streamline processes and improve data accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role, preferably in an e-commerce company
Proficiency with data entry software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheets).
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills for interacting with vendors and internal teams.
