Join JASARA PMC as a Data Entry Specialist, where you will be an integral part of our team supporting the organization's data management needs. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems while ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data in databases and spreadsheets from various sources
- Verify and maintain the accuracy and quality of data by conducting regular audits
- Identify and correct data entry errors promptly
- Generate and prepare reports based on data analysis and input
- Assist in developing and maintaining data entry processes and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information for data entry tasks
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative support role
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications in data entry or administration are a plus
