Job Responsibilities:
-Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
-Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
-Establishes entry priorities.
-Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and eliminate duplication of data.
-Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to colleague for resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information.
-Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times.
-Perform general office tasks, special projects and other duties as requested or required from time to time.
-Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
-To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
-High school graduate or higher educational background
-Preferably UAE National
-Proficient in Arabic and English communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines and complete tasks within specified timelines.
-Strong organizational skills
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
