Your Role as a Data Management & Analytics Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Data Management & Analytics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, positioning the company as a leader in data strategy, governance, and advanced analytics.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and strategies to secure projects focused on data management, BI, and AI/ML.
- Lead the implementation and delivery of the Data Management & Analytics projects.
- Design comprehensive data strategies that align with client business goals, ensuring regulatory compliance and long-term data quality.
- Implement BI tools and strategy, turning raw data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards and advanced analytics.
- Oversee the design and delivery of AI-driven models that provide predictive insights and automate processes, enabling clients to optimize operations and identify new opportunities.
- Build a team to support the growing demand for data management and analytics services.
Requirements:
- KSA nationality
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Management and Analytics, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience in implementing and leading Data Strategy & Governance frameworks and BI tools.
- Familiarity with relevant platforms and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and expertise in building data products.
- Proven experience in business development, with the ability to secure high-value projects and build lasting client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align data solutions with client business goals, driving value through data-backed insights.
- Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
