Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NDMO Compliance: Oversee compliance with National Data Management Office (NDMO) standards in Data Quality, Data Architecture and Modeling, Reference and Master Data Management, Data Catalog, and Metadata.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the 5 NDMO domains mentioned above, ensuring alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Activity Planning and Execution: Plan and execute necessary activities across the 5 NDMO domains, ensuring effective implementation and adherence to data governance standards.
- Training and Awareness: Develop training materials and conduct awareness sessions on data management practices, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned with NDMO standards.
- KPI Definition and Monitoring: Define, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each domain to measure effectiveness, performance, and compliance.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver reports on the progress, challenges, and outcomes of data management activities, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Mock Assessments: Conduct mock assessments for the 5 NDMO domains to identify areas for improvement, ensuring full compliance before official audits or evaluations.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Data Quality, Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Reference and Master Data Management, Data Catalog, and Metadata Management.
- Strong documentation skills with experience in regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to develop and conduct training sessions on data management.
- Experience in KPI definition, monitoring, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of NDMO standards and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
