We are seeking a highly experienced Data Migration Lead/Manager to oversee a critical SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA migration. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in managing multiple full lifecycle SAP data migration projects and possess deep knowledge of various SAP modules. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless migration and integration across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the data migration process from SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with SAP subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accurate data transformation and validation.
- Provide leadership in SAP module integration and data migration strategies.
- Develop and manage data migration frameworks, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, including technical teams and business stakeholders, to align on project deliverables.
- Manage risk, troubleshooting, and resolve any issues related to data migration.
Key Requirements
- At least 3 full project lifecycles completed in a Data Migration Lead/Manager role.
- Critical experience in SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA data migration projects.
- Extensive experience as an SAP Data Migration SME with hands-on involvement in data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and load processes.
- Strong knowledge of other SAP Modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, and others, with an ability to integrate and migrate data effectively across these modules.
- Relevant SAP Certifications in Data Migration, SAP S/4HANA, or any other relevant certification (please list your certifications).
- Industry experience in sectors such as manufacturing, engineering, and IT preferred.
