Data Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

1.Develop, implement, and maintain efficient data pipelines and workflows to support business intelligence and analytics needs.

2.Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operations.

3.Collaborate with data engineering and business analytics teams to ensure data availability and reliability.

4.Assist in the development and documentation of data management policies, procedures, and standards.

5.Conduct regular audits and data quality assessments to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

6.Provide support in dashboard establishing, data reporting and analysis to aid in strategic decision-making

Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2.2+ years of experience in data operations, data management, or a similar role. 3.Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other programming languages.

4.Experience with data visualization tools and database management systems (e.g., SQL). 5.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

6.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
