We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated data scientist with e 1-3 years of experience in machine learning and data engineering to join our dynamic team.

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for assisting in the extraction, analysis, and interpretation of unstructured data to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in data science principles, hands-on experience with software engineering and OCR, and a keen interest in learning and growing within the field.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and Implement solutions to extract tabulated data from PDF files based on OCR technology.

-Prepare analytical reports and visual dashboards to summarize findings and share with appropriate stakeholders through established communication processes.

-Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest innovative solutions based on data analysis.

-Provide real-time, constructive feedback to team members, fostering growth and development.

-Conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis to discover significant trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

-Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.

-Regularly evaluate and enhance the performance of existing models and processes to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

-Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and techniques in data science and analytics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.

Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries.

Knowledge of machine learning frameworks.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
