Description:
Compassionate Giving Foundation is seeking a dedicated Remote Database Coordinator to oversee our donor management system and support our fundraising efforts. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our donor database, ensuring accurate donor records and efficient data management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the donor database, including data entry, updates, and record maintenance.
- Implement best practices for data management and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Generate donor reports and analyze data to support fundraising strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify donor trends and opportunities for donor engagement.
- Provide training and support to staff on database usage and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in database management or a related field, preferably in nonprofit fundraising.
- Proficiency with donor management software (e.g., Raiser's Edge, Salesforce NPSP).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
