We are looking for a highly motivated Debt Collector/Call Centre Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting clients and customers to collect outstanding debts and to provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a great work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients and customers to collect outstanding debts
• Provide excellent customer service while collecting debts
• Negotiate payment plans with clients and customers
• Update customer records and account information
• Meet monthly collection targets
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with clients and customers
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports to management

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience in debt collection or call center work
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
