We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deep Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our deep cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the cleaning industry, with a strong background in deep cleaning techniques and procedures, Sofa and carpet shampooing and Marble polishing. The Deep Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of cleaners, ensuring that all deep cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Supervise Deep Cleaning Operations: Direct and oversee all aspects of deep cleaning operations.
- Training and Development: Train new team members on deep cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all deep cleaning tasks are completed to the company's standards. Address any issues or deficiencies promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.Inventory Management:
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that adequate stock levels are maintained at all times. Coordinate with procurement team to order supplies as needed.Client Relations: Maintain open communication with clients to address any concerns or special requests related to deep cleaning services. Ensure that all client expectations are met or exceeded.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the cleaning company, with a focus on deep cleaning.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in cleaning or facility management is a plus.
