Job Summary:
We seek a proactive and results-driven Delegate Acquisition Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Delegate Acquisition Sales Specialist, you will identify, engage, and acquire high-quality attendees for our premium conferences. Your primary goal will be to drive attendee participation, increase event visibility, and contribute to the overall success of our events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential delegates through cold-calling, email, social media, and others.
- Manage the full delegate acquisition sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing the deal and ensuring payment processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing delegates, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to maximize their conference experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the events.
- Conduct market research to build qualified leads, identify potential target audiences and industries, keeping abreast of industry trends, and market demands.
- Collaborate with other team members and team managers to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract delegates.
- Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, and sales activities, and delegate information accurately and efficiently.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast to the management team.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing delegate inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for upselling additional event features, workshops, or group packages to enhance the delegate experience and generate additional revenue.
- Attend post-event follow-ups with delegates to gather feedback, testimonials, and potential referrals for future events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or delegate acquisition, preferably in the events industry or related B2B fields.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level decision-makers
- Goal-oriented and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Experience in remote working (working from home)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- DISCIPLINE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

c) A strong Internet connection is required
d) Working time for Dubai Position: 8am - 5.00pm
e.) The location should be in the UAE, and the VISA will not be provided.
