About the job:
The Delivery Excellence Director will play a critical role in supporting product managers as they enter customer settings to build out use cases and deploy our solutions effectively. This position requires a strong background in project management, operational efficiency, and team leadership, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences. You will serve as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong relationships throughout the delivery process.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the deployment of nourOS, building strong relationships and understanding their needs to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Use Case Development: Collaborate closely with product managers to identify and develop use cases tailored to each customer's unique environment, ensuring solutions align with their business objectives.
- Deployment Management: Oversee the deployment process, coordinating all activities related to solution implementation, including data cleaning, integration with existing systems, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to streamline the deployment process, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness while minimizing disruptions for the customer.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of deployment initiatives.
- Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of deployment efforts, analyzing results and implementing corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Training & Support: Provide guidance and support to customers during the onboarding process, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to maximize the value of nourOS.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback post-deployment to identify areas for enhancement in both product features and delivery processes, sharing insights with internal teams to drive product improvement.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- At least 12 years of experience in project delivery, operational excellence, or management consulting, with a strong emphasis on technology or software implementations. Proven experience managing customer relationships and deploying complex solutions.
