We're seeking a talented and experienced Delivery Lead to join our client's team.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects for our diverse clientele.
You'll oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
This role requires a background in working for a design agency/digital consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage project scope and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and effective communication within the team and with clients.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their development and growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates and deliverables.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring transparency and open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for additional business and expansion of client relationships.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the quality of project deliverables by implementing robust testing and quality assurance processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and processes.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management or delivery within a digital agency environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- A data-driven approach to project management, with the ability to track and analyze project metrics.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) is preferred.
