Role Overview

The Delivery Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our delivery team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. This position requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the delivery team to ensure efficient delivery operations.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to streamline delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during delivery operations.
• Monitor and resolve delivery issues and customer queries promptly.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to delivery staff.
• Maintain records and reports related to delivery operations.
